Currently, when a user accesses a shared link for a Document Set in InfrastructureCloud, the system correctly highlights (marks) the specific set in the list. However, the folder remains collapsed, requiring the user to perform an additional manual click to see the documents contained within that set.
Proposed Improvement: We propose that when a shared link for a Document Set is opened, the folder should automatically expand to reveal the documents.
Why this matters: While the current behavior is technically functional, it is not intuitive for the end-user. Auto-expanding the folder would streamline the navigation process, reduce the number of clicks, and provide a much better user experience, especially for external stakeholders or team members who are not familiar with the specific folder structure
