Request is to allow customization of the column when we select a file to ne include in a distribution.
We al have the same column twice knowing that name and filename should be identical.
Be able to see the title 1, 2 ,3, 4, or the state or the mapping field of the DM ( so we know the document was already submit for a review). Will help when selecting content for a transmission.
