Add Comment feature, would benefit to be expose to the front end user interface, instead of being hidden under the audit trail. This will facilitate user to leave comment and collaborate. Owner of the comment could edit ( create version of their comment) or reply to exiting comments to engage in conversation.
As of now, I suspect that many conversations/exchange is done on Teams which make this information a gray or dark information from PW platform point of view.
This hidden information could be usefull insights if well manage and process.
