It appears the current setting for the creation of global saved searches is limited to Projectwise Administrators only. Would suggest this being amended to a user group or user list level to enable individuals in certain roles on the project be able to create standard searches which can be used across on each project by all project members. This prevents bottle necks, or users having to create their own personal searches where standard data needs to be made available across the project.
When we set user settings under global folder to create, this provide the right ro create a save Search........... how ever this does not give him the right tp save the saved search :-(
We need to provide the additonal admin rightin order to save the newly create save search, which is counter intuitive. Since the create is enable.......
Request is to remove the admin rights obligation to save a newly create save search
Reason we are working in JV and we wanted to provide rights to create/saved Search to external partner
